How do I reach support?

What are your response times?
We aim to respond to support messages within one to two business days. This is a goal rather than a guaranteed service level — for time-critical issues around a live assembly, please say so in your message and we will prioritise accordingly.
Where do I find my evidence package?
The evidence package is produced for an assembly once it has run, and is available from the assembly itself. It is a self-contained, verifiable record of attendance, quorum, votes, and outcomes.

Each eligible voter receives a personal invitation and confirms their identity before reaching the ballot — by default with a one-time passcode sent to their registered email address. If someone cannot find their invitation, make sure their email address in your register is correct and re-check that the assembly is live.

Yes. You can import your voter register from a CSV or Excel file, and the expected columns adapt to the type of group you are importing into. The import previews and validates each row before anything is saved.
